Return & Warranty Policy

At Quality Accessories Kenya, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable after-sales experience. Below is our return and warranty policy for the brands we sell.

Warranty Handling by Brand

1. Oraimo, Itel, Infinix, Tecno

Warranty is handled by Carlcare Service Center.

You may:

  • Return the product to our shop and we'll follow up with Carlcare on your behalf, or
  • Visit Carlcare directly for faster processing.
Processing Time:

Approximately 7 business days

Requirements: Original receipt from Quality Accessories Kenya is required for any claim.

2. Utarudi

We are the official distributor of Utarudi products in Kenya. All warranty claims are handled directly at our shop.

Processing Time:

2–3 business days

Requirements: Original receipt from Quality Accessories Kenya is required

3. Other Brands (e.g. Havit, Redmi, Anker, Budi, Amaya, etc.)

For all other brands, warranty support is handled by our team in partnership with the respective companies.

Please return the product to our shop and we will process the claim on your behalf.

Processing Time:

10–15 business days

Requirements: Original receipt from Quality Accessories Kenya is required

⚠️Important Warranty Terms

Warranty covers only:

  • Device malfunctions and manufacturing defects

It does NOT cover:

  • Physical or cosmetic damage
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Customer misuse or tampering
  • Products without a valid receipt are not eligible for warranty claims
